project overview
I created a motion toolkit for a Microsoft event using their brand system, including colors and visual elements. Due to confidentiality requirements, all materials shown in this case study have been redesigned and repackaged for presentation purposes only.
Editable Static Templates
Below are examples of static design assets created for the event, including editable templates that allow the marketing team to freely customize layouts, add personal information, and upload profile images. These templates were designed to support flexible use across different event scenarios while maintaining visual consistency.
Supporting Graphic Assets
In addition to the motion toolkit, I also created supporting graphic assets for the event, included reusable templates such as transitions, background animations, lower thirds, and opening and closing animations, enabling a cohesive and polished event experience. These assets helped ensure visual consistency and flexibility throughout the event’s communications.

Project Takeaways
This project deepened my understanding of the importance of consistently applying brand elements within a brand system. Using unified colors, visual language, and design guidelines throughout a project helps create a cohesive and harmonious experience, while strengthening users’ recognition and memory of the brand. This experience reinforced the value of systematic design thinking in shaping a strong and consistent brand presence.
